Air Europa will offer more than 15,500 additional seats between Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic and Canary Islands, respectively, and more than 14,000 seats on regular flights between Madrid, Punta Cana, San Juan de Puerto Rico, Caracas, Cancún and Miami.
Regarding the connections between the Iberian Peninsula and the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, the Globalia group’s air division will operate in the period between 20 December 2018 and 7 January 2019 more than 30 new flights connecting Palma de Mallorca with Valencia, Bilbao, Seville, Santiago, Alicante, Granada, Barcelona, Oviedo and Madrid.
At the same time, more than 10 additional flights were scheduled between Madrid and Tenerife, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Lanzarote; and two between Bilbao and Lanzarote on December 26 and January 2, all flown by Boeing 737-800 and Embraer.
Also, from December 22nd to January 6th, Air Europa has scheduled additional flights from Madrid to Punta Cana, San Juan de Puerto Rico, Miami, Caracas and Cancun operated by Airbus 330.
