As part of a strong commitment to improving passengers’ in-flight experience, Air Europa has taken a new step in improving the gastronomic offering for passengers on all transoceanic flights.
Fully aware of the difficulties posed by dietary allergies and given the increasing demand for allergen-free foods, Air Europa is offering passengers expertly crafted menus consisting of special meals that are free of the 14 main ingredients that can pose a risk to people who suffer from food allergies or intolerances, according to the Food Information Act.
Aiming to set a benchmark in the airline industry, Air Europa is on a mission to encourage its passengers to follow a healthy diet. With this in mind, the airline has updated its long-haul in-flight menus in pursuit of fresh organic produce and healthy eating. The business class menu has also been given a boost with new and nutritious dishes created by prestigious 8-time Michelin-starred chef Martín Berasategui.
