Embraer S.A. announced today that José Antonio de Almeida Filippo has resigned as Executive Vice President Finance and Investor Relations, effective immediately.
Filippo has served as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Investor Relations Officer of Embraer S.A. since June 4, 2012. On May 29, 2012, he was elected by the Board of Directors for the position of Executive Vice President Finance and Investor Relations Embraer.
In a statement, it was conveyed that Filippo is moving on to pursue new professional projects, but will assist in the management transition of the financial and investor relations area until May 11, 2018.
In the interim, the Board has elected Nelson Krahenbuhl Salgado to fill the position while maintaining his current duties for institutional relations and corporate communications activities.
