Foreign traveler accused of stealing money from a journey abroad

Zhang Xiuqiang, a Chinese traveler, was accused of three counts of robbery for robbing three passengers of$ 23,250 in income on an HCMC trip to Singapore.
Zhang could receive up to three years in prison, a great, or both for each cost if found innocent.
According to the indictment, Zhang allegedly stole from three people on a December 16 Scoot flight ( TR305 ) from Ho Chi Minh City to Singapore.
