Star Alliance has been awarded the title of World’s Leading Airline Alliance at the World Travel Awards for the fourth consecutive year.
On December 1, 2023, the announcement occurred during a grand ceremony hosted at the renowned Burj Al Arab in Dubai.
The Star Alliance Los Angeles airport lounge has once again been awarded the prestigious title of North America’s Leading Airport Lounge for the fourth year in a row during the August 2023 edition of the event, reaffirming its position as a top player in airport hospitality.
Star Alliance CEO Theo Panagiotoulias conveyed his appreciation for these accolades by expressing his gratitude. He said:

The 30th edition of the World Travel Awards seeks to acknowledge, honor, and commemorate exceptional achievements in different areas of the travel, tourism, and hospitality sectors. A worldwide survey, involving knowledgeable executives and travel buyers, is used to determine the winners.
