Connectivity between India and Europe is set to get a boost with the launch of the Ukraine International Airlines flight from Delhi to Kiev.
The service deploys a Boeing 767-300, with three-class configuration.
Subhash Goyal, chairman, STIC Travel, which is the GSA for the UIA in India, said that Ukraine has good tourism and investment opportunities for Indians.
UIA has connections to over 40 destinations through their hub in Kiev.
The airline has plans to introduce codeshare agreements with Indian carriers.
The flight is three times a week and will increase to five soon.
