New Board of Directors part for United Airlines

United Airlines Holdings, Inc. ( UAL ) announced today that Michelle Freyre is joining its Board of Directors. Freyre now serves as President, Global Brands, Clinique and Origins, at The Estée Lauder Organizations, where she is responsible for guiding the companies ‘ overall corporate perspective and driving global development.
According to United Airlines CEO Scott Kirby,” Michelle’s extensive experience in business and goods method will make her an excellent addition to our already powerful Board of Directors.” Michelle has skillfully balanced modernizing and celebrating the ancient manufacturers she has overseen in each of her earlier roles.
Michelle joins the Board of Directors with great enthusiasm, and Ted Philip, the board’s president, is eager to learn from her valuable insights and experience. Michelle has led some of the most well-known corporations in corporate America for the past 20 years, and United and our board of directors may gain from her deep understanding of big brands.

Freyre has spearheaded company initiatives to appeal to new generations while maintaining the brand’s classic essence while overseeing Clinique and Origins. Her likeable management style and dedication to guide with compassion and sincerity contribute to an inclusive culture at Clinique, Origins, and The Estée Lauder Organizations.
Previously, Freyre spent 20 years at Johnson &amp, Johnson ( “J&amp, J” ) in various roles across marketing and sales, including as President, U. S. Beauty, J&amp, J Consumer Health Products division. Michelle held positions in company promotion before joining J&J, including with the Pepsi-Cola Company. She was born and raised in Puerto Rico and holds a B. a B.A. from Yale University and a B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Rosalind Brewer, who was added to the Board earlier this year, will also be joining Michelle. Managers James Kennedy and Carolyn Corvi did not seek reelection this year after successful stints.
