After a four-year break, strong flights from Prague to Astana are expected to resume. Beginning in May, SCAT Airlines may use Boeing 737-800 plane that can carry up to 189 people to fly to Kazakhstan twice a month, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. This direct connection to Central Asia may make it easier for Kazakhstan and the Czech Republic to collaborate commercially and promote tourism.
Kazakhstan is a significant market for both incoming and outgoing tourism, according to Jaroslav Filip, aerospace company chairman at Prague Airport. About 30 thousand people traveled between Prague and several locations in Kazakhstan in 2019. Many Czech businesses are active on the Kazakh trade market, primarily in the engineering and chemical sectors. Kazakhs have historically preferred Bohemian baths, and Czech visitors have expressed interest in learning more about Kazakhstan’s unique offerings.
Kazakhstan is renowned for its extensive cultural identity, which combines numerous customs and traditions. It is the largest inland nation in the world with a property area of more than 2.7 million square kilometers.
The industrial complex chairman of SCAT Airlines, Nicolay Burtakov, expressed enthusiasm over the return of direct flights from Kazakhstan to the Czech Republic. Passengers will once again be able to travel to the wonderful and romantic city of Prague thanks to this eagerly anticipated way, which had been put on hold for four years. Burtakov emphasizes that traveling to Prague is an amazing experience that may stick in your mind.
SCAT Airlines is one of the biggest air carriers in the Republic of Kazakhstan, with a ship of 36 plane made in both the US and Canada. The airport continuously expands its system by opening up to ten fresh locations each year, operating over 80 domestic and international routes. With a dedicated staff of 2500 workers, SCAT Airlines has proven over 26 years of successful businesses while seeing an average annual increase in passenger traffic of 40 %. The airline happily joined IATA in 2018, a prestigious organization that represents 295 airlines in 120 countries. SOURCE: SCAT Airlines Direct Flight from Prague to Astana | eTurboNews |ETN
